Shipping policy

Since most of our products are handmade, personalization and customization take time from order placement to completion.

Handmade custom products typically take 1-3 weeks to complete production and ship. During promotional periods, this time may be slightly longer. Shipping times vary by country (see list below).

Estimated Shipping Time:
USA: 6-10 business days;
Canada, Australia, UK: 8-14 business days;
Europe: 5-14 business days;
Other Regions: 10-20 business days

Note: Delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Shipping fee is a flat rate:
USA: $10;
Canada, Australia, UK: $10;
Europe: $10;
Other Regions: $10

Important: Please update or change your shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are any changes.

All orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after shipment.

Please note:

• We occasionally offer a "Priority Production" service. Selecting this service will expedite the production of your artwork, as our artists will prioritize processing your pet photos. However, this service will not speed up shipping.

• If your order requires new pet photos, please understand that this will extend the production time.

• We cannot ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address at checkout, we will contact you via email to request a change of shipping address. If the shipping cost to the new address is lower than the cost you initially paid at checkout, we will send you an invoice for the difference and process your order immediately after you pay the difference.
