Handmade custom products typically take 1-3 weeks to complete production and ship. During promotional periods, this time may be slightly longer. Shipping times vary by country (see list below).

Production Time

Handmade custom products are typically completed and shipped within 1–3 weeks. Production may take slightly longer during promotional periods or periods of high order volume.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

• United States: 4–7 business days

• Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom: 8–14 business days

• Europe: 5–14 business days

• Other regions: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Address Changes

Please update or correct your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order.

Carefully check the address shown in your order confirmation email. If anything needs to be changed, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may be unable to update the address.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is available for every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Priority Production

We may occasionally offer a Priority Production service. When selected, our artists will prioritize your pet’s artwork to shorten the production time.

Please note that Priority Production only speeds up the creation of your artwork. It does not shorten the carrier’s shipping time.

Replacement Pet Photos

If we need you to provide a new pet photo before production can begin or continue, the completion date may be delayed. To avoid delays, please upload a clear, well-lit photo when placing your order and respond promptly to any email from our team.

Military Addresses

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

If a military address is entered at checkout, we will contact you by email and request an alternative residential or commercial shipping address. Once the new address is confirmed, we will continue processing your order at no additional shipping charge.

USA: 6-10 business days;

All orders are trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email immediately after shipment.

Please note:

• We occasionally offer a "Priority Production" service. Selecting this service will expedite the production of your artwork, as our artists will prioritize processing your pet photos. However, this service will not speed up shipping.

• If your order requires new pet photos, please understand that this will extend the production time.

• We cannot ship to military addresses. If you provide a military address at checkout, we will contact you via email to request a change of shipping address. If the shipping cost to the new address is lower than the cost you initially paid at checkout, we will send you an invoice for the difference and process your order immediately after you pay the difference.
