5. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or differs significantly from the preview you approved, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
6. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a free remake, replacement, or refund when the claim meets our eligibility requirements.
